Tiaras & Combs:
Most of our tiaras are available in either silver or gold plated, with a choice of beads and crystals in colours to suit your needs. All tiaras are also suitable for bridesmaids and can be re-sized accordingly; however, resizing may result in a different cost to the customer depending on the work and materials used.
Tiaras - all tiaras are made from silver or gold plate, with Swarovski crystals, swarovski pearls, faux pearls - the description of the tiara will advise which products have been used to create that particular design. However, the materials can be changed if requested by you.
I can also customise matching jewellery for each tiara design.
Jewellery:
All jewellery pieces are either finished in Sterling Silver or 14kt yellow gold filled (as requested by the customer), as we do not use any plated fitting for jewellery, and would not consider to do so. The products used in each piece are listed on the description of each item. Different products can be used, which may result in a difference in cost.
Standard necklace lengths are 15" unless stated on the design, and standard bracelet lengths are 6.75", unless we ask for a specific measurement (as some bracelets need to fit perfectly). Wire necklace standard length is 13.5", and wire bracelets 6.5", but can be made to measure if you request so.
Semi-Bespoke Service (Customisation Of Goods)
If you see any product in my collection that you are happy with, but you would like some minor changes incorporated into the design i.e. different coloured beads, silver tiara made in gold etc, then please contact me before proceeding to order the item. This will ensure that I can source suitable materials. If I do not have them in stock, and that you will receive your item within a suitable timescale. Please state your requirements in your e-mail along with the date of your Wedding and a contact telephone number, and I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Bespoke Service
We offer a bespoke service, where we can design a piece of jewellery / tiara that will suit your individual needs. This service is available upon application, where a no obligation quote will be given for the item.
Ordering Information
To place an order simply add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout, after entering your personal details, a special request page will follow, where you can list all the colours, dimensions etc that are required. After this page you will be given a choice in the payment methods which are available to you.
Simply click on the payment method, where you will be clearly given instructions to complete your transaction.
If you want to alter any aspect of the item you have purchased, you will see a special request form on the 2nd page of checkout. Simply add the special request, and this will be done as requested. Please contact us for any unusual requests, or if you wish us to match up any colours.
Payment Information
We can accept various methods of payment at Jewellery By Jo. You can pay securely via Paypal or Nochex online. Paypal and Nochex accept all major credit and debit cards.
Paypal requires registration for 1st time users.
Nochex requires no registartion for orders under £100.
Cheques / Postal Orders - we accept cheques which are made payable to Jewellwery By Jo. Simply complete the online order, where you will be given options of the payments. Choose the cheque option, print your order form, and send the cheque with your order form to us as the address provided. If required, we can confrim by e-mail if the cheque has been received. Please note that all cheques must be received within 7 days from the order date, or the order will be cancelled and this will affect your waiting time.
Bank Transfer - you can also choose this method at the time of checkout, where all the relevant bank details will be provided for you to complete your transaction. Please note: When sending your payment via bank transfer, please also quote your customer / order number so we can trace the payment to your order. we will then e-mail you once we have received the payment successfully.
Delivery Timescales

Jewellery By Jo does not take responsibility for late arrival or loss of your package. We can issue tracking numbers on request.
Unfortunatley, we can only deliver jewellery & tiaras to the billing address. However, these will be held at your local post office for 1 week if items under £39 are sent recorded delivery, or 3 weeks if over £39.01 and sent special delivery.

Orders Over £39.00 £6.00 ( Royal Mail Special Delivery)
Eire & Europe: £10.00 (sent Royal Mail Air Sure - priority handling)
International (Exc Eire & Europe) £12.00 (sent Royal Mail Air Sure - priority handling)
Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure service which requires a signature.
**International Orders Only** Jewellery By Jo are not responsible for any import/duty taxes which may be payable on your item, on arrival to your country.
We will not accept and returns after the 7 day period.
Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept earrings back.
*Refunds will not be given for bespoke items. (bespoke is where an item or items are designed and made specifically for that customer)
**Refunds will not be given for customised goods, Please ensure colours and lengths are correct, as these items can't be resold. (Customised means - where the colours are chaged from the standard colours which are white or ivory pearls, and clear and crystal AB crystals - any other colours incorporated are classed as customised to suit that particular customer)
Refunds will not be given for used goods, or goods returned after your wedding. We have the right to refuse any items if we suspect that our returns policy is being abused.
All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange return of the item. We will then send a replacement and will re-imburse you for the cost of the return postage.
Returns
As all items are made to order we offer a Full refund (Less 30% labour costs as each piece is made to order + P&P) on goods returned in original condition and in original packaging within 07 days.
It is your responsibilty to send the items back in perfect condition, we would advise for goods under £39.00 to post by recorded delivery, and over £39.00 by special delivery, which will cover the postage insuarnace if the item is damaged in the post - where you the customer would need to claim from Royal Mail.

All products in my collection are handmade to order . I will make every effort to ensure a delivery time of 4-6 weeks days upon receipt of payment. However, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery, which may be more during the busy periods, so please be sure to order in plenty time.
