Yes, you can exchange a piece if you do not like it.  Please e-mail us to explain, what is wrong with the product.  We do charge a 25% charge for re-work, as each item is hand made to order, and this is a small charge towards the labour costs.

If the item is customised, there is no refund or exchange policy, as they can't be resold, so please be sure you have the correct sizes and colours.

We will then give you a returns reference. Please see our returns policy.

However, you will be responsible for the additional postage price, as well as any difference in price (if greater).
